► Cocktails are an art form. Each drink has a unique history.  This exclusive bow tie honour the Bellini, a classic cocktail well known all over the world. It is one of Italy’s most popular drinks and it was invented between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani – founder of the famed Harry’s Bar in Venice. The story goes that its unique, sunset-pink colour reminded Cipriani of the shades in his favourite paintings by 15^th-century Venetian artist… Giovanni Bellini. And so the drink was created.
